3. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not on behalf of any third party.

Account Eligibility

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement in relation to this Platform or any third-party responsible gambling programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each eligible User may register one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to promptly update this information should it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.99kopitiam will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No multi-currency account conversion is available or required.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and our gaming licence requirements, all Users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals can be processed and before certain Account features are fully activated.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation:

Deposits are credited to your Account balance within the time stated for the selected payment method — typically within 60 seconds for eWallet and FPX transactions. 99kopitiam does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary based on the payment method and the volume of requests at any given time. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, or to a verified bank account or eWallet registered in the Account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users who have completed the registration process and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each User is entitled to claim each type of Welcome Bonus only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times (including through multiple accounts) constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture and possible Account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to awagering requirement as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Bonus funds and any winings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all, as specified in individual promotion terms.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and sports betting markets on the Platform are governed by the rules applicable to each specific game or event, as displayed within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between general platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail.

For sports betting, including markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and esports events, bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.99kopitiam reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on an event subsequently found to be the subject of match-fixing or sporting fraud.
• Correct any bets settled using incorrect odds resulting from a manifest pricing error.
• Limit bet sizes for any User at any time in its sole discretion.
• Suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice.

For casino and live dealer games, the RNG (Random Number Generator) software underlying all electronic games is independently certified. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are displayed within the game information panel. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the house rules of the applicable game variant.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or active bet, 99kopitiam's server records will be used to determine the outcome. Disconnection from the Platform does not void a wager already placed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referal to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99kopitiam, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

Suspension & Termination

• A User is found to be ineligible (including by age or jurisdiction) to hold an Account.
• A User has engaged in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 10.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances not yet converted are forfeited upon closure.
